TheEdge, whose real name is David Evans, is the lead guitarist for the rock band U2. A member of the band since its formation in 1976, he also plays keyboards and is a backing vocalist. As well as recording with U2, The Edge has also recorded a solo record.

David Howell Evans was born in Barking, Essex, England in 1961. When he was an infant his family moved to Dublin, Ireland where he grew up. He was educated at St Andrew’s National School and at Mount Temple Comprehensive School in Clontarf, Dublin.

Interested in music from a young age, Evans responded to a notice in Mount Temple looking for musicians to form a band. The band, which came to be called U2, eventually consisted of four members: Paul ‘Bono’ Hewson, Dave ‘The Edge’ Evans, Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen who had posted the notice.

U2 went on to become a top international band. To date the band has released thirteen studio albums. They have sold over 150 million records worldwide and are ranked one on the best-selling bands in the world. The band has won 22 Grammy Awards. Apart from his work with U2, The Edge has recorded with numerous other artists and is involved in several philanthropic activities. On April 29^th 2016 he became the first rock artist in history to perform in the Sistine Chapel in Rome.

Michael J Fox is an award-winning actor who is a native of Edmonton, Canada. He became famous for his role as Marty McFly in the Back to the Future trilogy. He also played a starring role in the television sitcom Family Ties.

Michael Andrew Fox was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in 1961. He is of Irish, English and Scottish descent. He left school at the age of 15 to begin his acting career. At the age of 19, Fox was cast in the role of Alex P Keaton in the successful television series Family Ties. The series ran from 1982 to 1989. In 1985 he was cast in the role of Marty McFly in the movie Back to the Future. He also starred in the two sequels to the movie.

Fox stared in other movies including Teen Wolf and in the television series Spin City. He announced in 1998 that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. He has semi-retired from acting and has become an advocate for finding a cure for the disease. He continues to perform, mainly working as a voice-over actor in films such as Stuart Little. He has also produced and directed movies.
